The Haunted Trail event is located at Enterprise South Nature Park 190 Still Hollow Loop RD, Chattanooga, TN 37416

It takes about 10-15 minutes to get into our parking lot and take the shuttle to festival area.
The Trick or Treat trail closes promptly at 9 pm.
Please try to arrive at the park no later than 9 pm.
The Haunted attractions are open till our last customer is scared. However the ticket booth closes promptly at 9:15 pm. Please try to arrive in the parking lot no later than 9:30 pm.
We will try our best to stay open, however we are unable to run our attractions in the rain.
YES. Admission is $20.00 per car load at the gate. Maximum 8 persons per car load. Limited Early Bird tickets will be available online. Admission price includes a hayride, the Asylum Outbreak Haunted Trail, the Too Cute to Spook Trail, Halloween music light show, Read 20 Read-A-Louds, and Face Painting.
Your ticket will grant you one (1) trip through the Asylum Outbreak Haunted Trail and the Too Cute To Spook Trail. If you would like to go back through one of our trails an additional entrance fee will be required.
Tickets purchased at the gate the day of the event are CASH ONLY.
If you would like to pay with a credit card or debit card you can purchase Early Bird tickets online at parks.hamiltontn.gov until Oct. 24th. Early Bird pre-sale tickets are limited to 200. Once sold out online, you will need to pay cash for your tickets at the gate. No Refunds.
As with all outdoor events we recommend that you check the local weather forecast before coming to this event.
Our Asylum Outbreak Haunted Trail travels across natural surface terrain including dirt and mulch. Open toed shoes are prohibited. We recommend tennis shoes or boots.
We are not responsible for any damage to clothing while on the trail.
Costumes are Prohibited for guests over the age of 12 and All guests participating in the Asylum Outbreak Haunted Trail.
For our Too Cute to Spook Trail we encourage costumes for all children 12 years of age or younger.
Costumes are strictly prohibited on the Asylum Outbreak Haunted Trail. All Masks, Face Make Up, and Full Costumes are prohibited.
We take every safety precaution to ensure that our attractions are safe for our guests and our staff.
Our attractions are inspected and patrolled by Park Rangers and staff throughout the event.
Our actors are here to scare you but are not allowed to touch you. Any patron who strikes or harms one of our actors will be removed from the attraction. No refund will be given if removed from the attraction. If you have any concerns regarding safety please alert a Ranger on duty.
The Asylum Outbreak Haunted Trail is not recommended for children under the age of 12. We strongly recommend parental discretion for all children under the age of 12. If you would like for your child to complete the Asylum Outbreak Haunted Trail with you please be advised that the child must be able to walk the entire distance of the attraction and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. This is for your child’s safety. Strollers are prohibited on the Asylum Outbreak Haunted Trail.

This is a Rain or Shine event. In the case of Inclement Weather causing any changes to or cancellation of this event all parties who have purchased tickets will be notified by email.

Shelter number 1 can hold 30 people and shelter number 2 can hold 18 people.
No - grills are not allowed in outside of designated areas. Grilling is allowed in designated areas only.
Yes. Leashed pets accompanied by their owners are welcome at Tennessee Riverpark.
If a pet demonstrates aggressive behavior toward another pet or park patron you may be asked to leave the park.
Owners must also clean up after their pets.

Outside/Personal Grills are Not Allowed at Tennessee Riverpark. There are Grills available for public use throughout Tennessee Riverpark.
The only exception is if the Outside/Personal Grills have been approved as part of a Special Event with Insurance covering the use of grills.
