We offer many Programs and Activities throughout the year adding to the public's enjoyment of Tennessee Riverpark

Movies in the Park

Bring your lawn chair or blanket to enjoy a free movie under the stars. All movies are family friendly and we will have free popcorn while it lasts. Movies will be shown outside of TN Riverpark Shelter #4. In the case of rain, notification of cancellation will be posted on this page.

Scavenger HuntScavenger Hunt Image

The Hunt is On! Join in the fun as you seek out items on your list in our beautiful park. Look for our Scavenger Hunt Sign to pick up your list. Closed Toed Shoes and Water are recommended for all scavenger hunts.

                         October 9, 2019     11:00 AM - 1:00 PM      Hubert Fry Area                                           We will have lists available for different age ranges for this hunt.                                         Ages 5 and Up. Geocachingtreasure map image

Geocaching is an outdoor treasure hunting style game using GPS enabled devices. Participants use GPS coordinates to locate hidden "geocaches" (containers) and sign a logbook located inside. These "geocaches" are stashed all over the world. Start your hunt today!

Tie-Dyetie-dye-md

Participants will hand dye white cotton t-shirts in an array of colors using various methods including folding, rolling, twisting, or crumpling to create designs. Come see what you can create.

Want to learn how to kayak? Come join us at Tennessee Riverpark to learn the basics. We will teach you how to launch your kayak and basic paddle strokes to get you started on your kayaking adventure.
