Riverpark Shelter 1 Rental Contract Information

Thank you for your interest in renting the Tennessee River Park Number 1 for your upcoming event. This page contains information to help you in your planning process as well as regulations governing all rentals. Rental Information

  • Available daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • $50 rental fee - 4 hour Block (AM Block 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM OR PM Block 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM)
  • $85 rental fee - All day (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

A $2.00 NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATION FEE WILL BE INCLUDED IN ALL RESERVATION TRANSACTIONS.

(Closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day)

Setup & Decorations

Setup can begin on the day of the rental. The facility is cleaned and setup prior to your rental. No cleaning and/or maintenance supplies are provided during your reservation. You are expected to leave the facility in the same condition at the end of your rental. Tablecloths and decorations will be the responsibility of the renter.

Parking & Deliveries

Parking for any event will be in the gravel parking lots adjacent to the front of Number 1. No vehicles are allowed to park on any grassy area at any time. There is a charcoal grill provided at the which may be used during your rental.

No outside grills, fryers, or smokers are allowed to be setup on or near Number 1.

Food & Beverages

No alcoholic beverages are allowed. You may bring a caterer of your choice or provide your own food. Any foods that cannot be cooked on the provided charcoal grill must be prepared before the time of rental. You will be responsible for providing your own charcoal for the provided grill. Rental utensils and dishes are not available.

Number 1 should be left in pre-event condition. You are responsible for clearing all tables and placing leftover materials and garbage into the trash cans provided.

Personal Property / Liability

Hamilton County Parks and Recreation is not responsible for damages or loss to personal property of the:

  • Customer
  • Entertainers / Vendors
  • Guests
  • Independent Contractors
  • Invitees

We are not responsible for property which is left on the premises before, during, or after the rental. Hamilton County shall not be liable for any loss, cost, claims and expenses arising out of any injury or damage to any person or property sustained during the period of facility rental.
