Creating an Account on a Desktop

  • Select Log In/Create Account
  • Then select Create Your hctn Account
  • In the hctn Sign-Up box that you need to fill in all Required Fields (Fields with an Asterisk ‘*’)
  • Fill in: Your Name, Date of Birth, Phone Number, Discount Qualification, Address Line 1, Zip/Postal Code, Country, Primary Email, Password, and Confirm Password
  • Then select Next Step: Other Account Members at the bottom right of the hctn Sign-Up box.
  • Then at the bottom right of the next step select Save & Close.


Creating an Account on a Mobile Device

  • When on a cell phone go to the top left hand corner and select the menu button
  • Drop down will show up and select the Desktop Version
  • Then select Log In/Create Account
  • Then select Create Your hctn Account
  • In the hctn Sign-Up box you are need to fill in all Required Fields (Fields with an Asterisk ‘*’)
  • Fill in: Your Name, Date of Birth, Phone Number, Address Line 1, Zip/Postal Code, Country, Primary Email, Password, and Confirm Password
  • Then select Next Step: Other Account Members at the bottom right of the hctn Sign-Up box.
  • Then at the bottom right of the next step select Save & Close.


Making a Reservation

  • Log In/Create Account
  • Then select a Facility Tag on the left hand side of the screen
  • Then find the facility you would like to reserve.
  • If you use the grid then you can find the dates you are wanting
    • Green means available. Reddish Pink means unavailable.


IF YOU ARE MAKING A CAMPING RESERVATION

  • Select the campsite you would like to reserve
  • Select the date ranges you would like to stay
  • Select apply dates
  • Select add to cart
  • Select cart
  • Select checkout
  • Answer the questions and check the box saying “I Agree”
  • Select Submit Responses
  • Read through the contract and check the box at the bottom of the page that says, “I agree on behalf.”
  • Then use your mouse to sign the wavier and click save.
  • Then scroll back up and select Confirm Wavier Agreement
  • Then pay for your reservation and click pay now
    • Discounts are automatic and currently added to All Reservations until further notice.
  • If you decide that you do not want the reservation go up to the price and click on the (x) and it will dump the reservation out of your cart.
  • Then you click on the catalog button to start over.


IF YOU ARE RESERVING A SHELTER, PAVILION, or MEETING ROOM.


  • Select the facility you want.
  • Select the date you want.
  • Select if you want an AM, PM, or All Day reservation
  • Select add to cart
  • Select cart
  • Select checkout
  • Answer the questions and check the box saying “I Agree”
  • Select Submit Responses
  • Read through the contract and check the box at the bottom of the page that says, “I agree on behalf.”
  • Then use your mouse to sign the wavier and click save.
  • Then scroll back up and click Confirm Wavier Agreement
  • Then pay for your reservation and click pay now
