Make a Reservation

If you are using a Laptop, Tablet, Ipad, or Phone to make your reservation, please make sure to switch to the DESKTOP version of the Reservation System Prior to attempting to make any reservations.

To access the DESKTOP version of the Reservation System go to the top Left corner of your screen and look for 'MENU'. After you have selected 'Menu' you should see an option labeled 'Desktop Version'. Once you have selected 'Desktop Version' this will take you to the most User-Friendly version of our Reservation System. The DESKTOP VERSION includes additional information regarding our facilities and pictures to help you make the best selection. 

How to Create an HCTN Account 

  • Select Link to HCTN Reservation System in Quick Links
  • Select LOGIN/CREATE ACCOUNT (To be done Before Searching or Making a Reservation)
  • Select Create HCTN Account
    • HCTN Sign Up Box will appear
  • Complete all Required Fields (Marked with a Red Asterisk *)
    • Required Fields Include: Name, Date of Birth, Phone Number, Full Address, Discount Qualification, Primary Email Address, Password, and Confirm Password 
  • Select 'Next Step: Other Account Members'
    • Add any additional Account Members (IF you do not want to add any additional members move on to the next step)
  • Select 'Save & Close'

Instructions on How to Make a Camping Reservation

  • Select Link to HCTN Reservation System in Quick Links
  • LOGIN/CREATE ACCOUNT (To be done Before Searching for a Reservation)
  • Select CATALOG
  • Select the checkbox next to the FACILITY TAG for the type of reservation you are wanting to make 
  • Enter your start date at the top of the GRID to see available campsites (Green=Available) 
  • Select the green box to the right of the Site# to select the site
  • A separate window will appear with details of the Campsite
  • Select the Start Date and End Date for your camping reservation (End Date=Date you are Checking Out)
  • Select Apply
  • Select ADD TO CART
  • Select CHECKOUT
  • Answer Prompt Questions
  • Submit Prompt Responses
  • Waivers Page: Scroll to the bottom of the page to Select Checkbox; Scroll to the top of the page and Confirm Waiver Agreement
  • Enter Payment Information on Payment Screen and Complete Payment.

CHECK IN starts at 2:00 PM. 

CHECK OUT is at 12:00 PM for ALL SITES with No Exceptions.  

CAMPERS MUST CHECK IN FOR EACH AND EVERY RESERVATION PRIOR TO MOVING TO NEW RESERVED SITE.

     ACCOUNT CREDIT IS FOR CAMPING RESERVATIONS ONLY.

Cancellation Policy for Camping:

For a Full Refund(Credit Card or Refund Check):        A request for cancellation must be submitted 3 or more days prior to the start date of your reservation.

If you request the cancellation of your reservation less than 3 days prior to your reservation, your reservation will be refunded as Account Credit. All special circumstances must be submitted to Administration for review.

Example: If your reservation starts on 10/1 you must cancel by 12:00 PM on 9/28 to receive a Full Refund.

To Submit a Cancelation Request for a Camping Reservation Online

  • Log in to your HCTN Reservation System Account
  • Select HELP at the top of your account
  • Complete Form (Please list the details of the reservation that you would like to have canceled. Site Number and Dates.)
  • Submit Request.    

How to Make a Shelter, Meeting Room or Pavilion Reservation

  • Select Link to HCTN Reservation System in Quick Links
  • LOGIN/CREATE ACCOUNT (To be done Before Searching for a Reservation)
  • Select CATALOG
  • Select the checkbox next to the FACILITY TAG for the type of reservation you are wanting to make 
  • Enter the date  you would like to reserve at the top of the GRID to see available Shelters/Pavilion (Green=Available) 
  • Select the green box to the right of the Shelter, Meeting Room or the Pavilion
  • A separate window will appear with details of the Shelter, Meeting Room or the Pavilion
  • Select the Date you would like to reserve
  • Select the Time you would like to reserve
  • Select Apply
  • Select ADD TO CART
  • Select CHECKOUT
  • Print Rental Contract
  • Answer Prompt Questions
  • Submit Prompt Responses
  • Enter Payment Information on Payment Screen and Complete Payment.

Cancellation Policy for Shelters/Meeting Rooms/Pavilion:

For a Full Refund(Refund Check): A request for cancellation must be submitted 7 or more days prior to the start date of your reservation.

If the cancellation request is submitted less than 7 days prior to the date of the reservation the request will be ineligible for a refund. All special circumstances must be submitted to Administration for review.

Example: If your reservation date is 10/1 you must cancel by 12:00 PM on 9/24 to receive a Refund.
